Water Exercise Classes
Our Water Aerobics is a combination of shallow and deep water to help
strengthen your cardiovascular system and core. Classes will be lead by an Aquatics Instructor who will encourage
you to challenge yourself so that you change yourself. Moderate to High Intensity class structure.
Fall, Winter & Spring Hours
Monday - Saturday: 7:00-8:00 am
- Thursday: 5:30pm--6:30 pm
(2 participants required for class to be held)
May 29 to September 1, 2018
- Saturday 7:00am to 8:00am
- Thursday 5:15pm to 6:15pm (Outdoor Pool)
Must have 2 participants for class to be held.
No need to register, show up when you can.
